Schedule
At every meeting we wish to ask you to bring a yoga mat and a towel as well as dressed in loose, comfortable clothes. If you need assistance with any of these items feel free to ask your leaders. The map above will change before each meeting so that you will know where the meeting will be held.
October:
We are going to be holding our meeting at sunrise and would like to meet around 7 am at Degramo Park, October 18th. Here we are going to practice our meditation with live music and learn some more yoga poses as we watch the sun rise. Bring normal yoga items and maybe a sweatshirt!
November:
Our first meeting we would like to meet at 5 mile on the parking lot bathroom side. Here we will learn more poses and focus on mindfulness. We will be meeting at 4pm, on November 16th. We would also encourage members to bring a can of food to give to the homeless shelter to help someone who is less fortunate. Bring normal yoga items and a sweatshirt, as well as an idea or design for our t-shirts.
Our second meeting we would like to go on a hike to Feather Falls while learning how to do a walking meditation. This meeting will be a all day meeting. We will meet at the park and ride on highway 32 at 10 am on the 23rd of November. When we get to the falls we would like to practice yoga on the platform while looking at the Falls. Bring regular yoga items as well as good walking shoes and a water bottle, and a lunch. Hope to see you there!

December:
Sorry we did not have any meetings this month.
January:
This meeting will be on the 24th we are going to all meet up at Mountain Mikes on Nord at 3pm. From there we are going to drive to Dayton area at the bird refuge to practice yoga and watch the sunset. You are going to want to bring bug repellent, long sleeves and pants, camera, as well as normal yoga gear (mat, towel, comfy clothes, and a water bottle).
Our second meeting will be on the 30th at 4:00 pm and we will be meeting at One Mile in Bidwell Park. Please bring normal yoga gear
February:
This meeting will be on the 7th at 12pm at the Horse Shoe Lake, in Upper Bidwell Park. At this meeting we will be hiking to the Yahi Trail and doing yoga near the creek. This meeting will be 2.5-3 hours long. Please bring normal yoga gear as well as water bottle and sturdy tennis shoes (NO sandals).
The next meeting will be the 21st at 8:30 am we will be meeting at In-Motion Fitness and then be walking over to the reserve that is on the Channel. Please bring normal yoga gear and a large towel, tennis shoes (NO sandals).
March:
This meeting will be on the 7th we are going to meet at 12pm at the Mountain Mikes on Nord and then will be going to the Sacramento River to do some yoga on the river. Please bring normal gear and tennis shoes (NO sandals).
Our second meeting for the month will be the 22nd at 9 am. We will be meeting at the Horse Shoe Lake in Upper Bidwell Park. Please bring tennis shoes, water and normal yoga gear.
April: TBA
We have not planned a time for these meetings yet. However we have decided to do a yoga meeting at Table Top Mountain when the wildflowers are blooming. This would be in Oroville.
May: TBA
We will have two meetings this month however we are not sure when they will be. We will have handed out a lot of flyers and cool things about yoga and we will want to talk about them as well as a healthy diet for yogis. This month we want to have our last meeting for the year and want to hike in Lassen,possibly Lassen Peak or Cinder Cone.
